It’s easy to get independent advice so that if you know your rights as an energy consumer. The ‘Know your Rights’ leaflet has been produced by the ‘Consumer Futures’ in partnership with the Citizens Advice Bureau. It provides information about where energy consumers can get independent information and advice about their energy supply and ways to reduce their energy bills.
The ‘Know Your Rights’ leaflet has information:
1. That could help if you want to get a better deal
2. To help you find out how to make a complaint
3. If you need advice about the quality of your electricity or gas supply
4. How to ask for help if you’re struggling to pay your bills
