3. Fixed Prices- Energy prices will remain fixed for the duration of the agreement. Pass‑through charges may vary if changes or additions are approved by the Utility Regulator or any other relevant authority.
5. Climate Change Levy (CCL) applies at 0.00801 (£ per kWh) if you use more than 33 units of electricity a day.
6. 20% VAT if you use more than 33 units of electricity a day, less than 33 units is 5%
7. All tariffs are subject to credit approval, contract completion, energy sales checklist, and successful transfer from your current supplier
8. A security deposit of up to three months’ estimated consumption may be required depending on your credit history, held for up to 12 months and subject to periodic review
9. Pricing may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice, except where agreements have already been signed and acknowledged by 3T Power
10. All tariffs are 100% Green
