Titanic Quarter Powers Ahead with 100% Locally Sourced Renewable Energy Partnership
21 April 2026
We are proud to announce a new agreement with Titanic Quarter to supply 100% renewable energy across the Belfast district. The agreement builds on Titanic Quarter’s existing use of green electricity and ensures this will continue, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and green innovation.
As part of the agreement, 3T Power will provide a guaranteed source of local renewable energy, backed by REGO (Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin) certification, providing clean electricity to power the area while further reducing its carbon footprint and supporting Northern Ireland’s transition to a low-carbon future.
This renewable energy supply from 3T Power will support a range of key buildings and occupiers across Titanic Quarter, including Titanic Film Studios, Channel Commercial Park and the ARC Apartments, helping to embed sustainability across the district.

Richard Henderson, Estates Manager, Titanic Quarter, said: “This is an exciting step for Titanic Quarter. Sustainability is at the heart of our development strategy, and working with 3T Power – alongside the expertise and support of Radius Energy – has enabled us to secure a solution that ensures Titanic Quarter is powered by local renewable energy. This partnership represents another important step in our commitment to creating a greener, more sustainable Belfast.”
Curtis Broadbent, Sales Director, Radius, said: “This partnership is a strong example of what’s possible when organisations take a proactive approach to their energy strategy. Working closely with 3T Power, we were able to identify and structure a renewable energy solution for Titanic Quarter that is not only 100% locally sourced and REGO-certified but genuinely aligned with their long-term sustainability ambitions.
At Radius Energy, our role is to cut through the complexity of the energy market and connect our clients with solutions that deliver on both their environmental and operational goals. We’re proud to have played a part in this milestone project and to be supporting Northern Ireland’s transition to a low-carbon future.”
John-Francis Collins, Sales Manager, 3T Power, said:“ From workplaces to tourism attractions, to award-winning accommodations and retail hubs, we are proud to be providing renewable electricity generated locally at Belfast’s first wind farm to a range of organisations in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. A vibrant, future-focused development in the heart of Belfast that highlights Northern Irish innovation, creativity and hospitality on a world stage, we look forward to supporting Titanic Quarter and the businesses within it as they continue to seek ways to reduce their reliance on imported fossil fuels and meet ambitious sustainability goals.”
This initiative marks a significant milestone in Titanic Quarter’s journey toward environmental responsibility and sets a benchmark for energy innovation in large-scale urban developments across Northern Ireland.
Under the agreement, 3T Power will supply renewable electricity sourced from local generation, ensuring that all electricity supplied to Titanic Quarter comes from clean, sustainable sources.
